1st Assignment

My fellow criminals,

By now, you should have settled down to a life of crime and perfidy. And to help ease the transition to the Dark Side, here is the assignment for next week (breathing heavily a la Darth Vader ):

1. Read Herrra's book 'REMEDIAL LAW IV: 2001 Edition. TOPIC: Preliminary Chapter, pp. 1 - 39.

If you do not have a copy of the book (which incidentally, I am not requiring you to purchase), I leave it to your wit's end to secure the necessary pages. Prepare for oral recitations!

No cases for the meantime. But remember, do not underestimate the power of the Dark Side!

Welcome to this site which you will refer on a weekly basis as assignments will be handed weekly.

Our course will teach you the ins and outs of criminal procedure, how to convict people like Cong. Jalosjos, how to deviously help the raping US Marines escape their indictment, and most of all, how to develop a criminal mind, so you can be successful criminals, este criminal law practicioners.

And in the future, if you do become successful, remember that you learned your ABC's in cheating, lying and stealing in this subject!

Of course, I jest but seriously!

Oh and by the way, since all of you have internet access at FEU, do not ever try to raise any excuse that you dont have internet access.
